Part #49652 is an exact replacement for your original Stanley Quiet Glide Gear Case. We have added the professional gear case cover to give the worm-wheel gear more protection and to lessen the chance of the grease spreading into the opener.
Please note how you remove the old part - it will help you install the new assembly. Refer to your manual for re-adjusting the open & close limits, safety sensors and up/down force adjustments. Always check all safety mechanisms and adjustments periodically as per your manual to assure that your door and operator are in good working order.
