In order to determine the right part for your specific unit - you will need to get the model number or the part number for the logic board directly off the operator unit - the model number (beginning with 139.5...) can be found on the front of the opener unit under the white lens cover and the logic board part number can be found on the rear end panel of your opener(beginning with 41A.....).
